Hello classmate
I will now refer to sexual
discrimination at work.
In today's world sex
discrimination occurs in all types of work context. It involves different or
discriminatory treatment because of some features such as color, sexual choice,
disability, gender and more. The discrimination reinforces inequalities, often
limiting their development worker Cadre.
The discrimination by gender is
present in the wage gap, lower remuneration for women in relation to men jobs
in the same position even when it comes to positions of greater care
responsibilities.
This inequality is due to the
higher costs that the employer contracts for permits that occur in time of
pregnancy. This explanation is even more sexist, more aware that economic
justification, the low valuation of the role of women in society, which in my
opinion - not only because I miss being a woman - is very important since it is
responsible for "giving birth" to society.
In another environment aspiration
to jobs with more responsibility, often the same women are the highest ranking
dread having within a company, for what little credibility you may have to it,
which leads to greater sacrifices of these to be respected by man power position
within society. And it is these roles pampering "sexist" male
breadwinner and female housewife, and responsible for the education of
children, which makes women with greater responsibilities within a company feel
undermined by fully complying in sacrificing work childcare and house.
The elimination of discrimination
in the workplace is essential to social justice, where everyone has equal
opportunities in work or looking for this. This social justice is essential to
the solution of social problems beyond just discrimination by gender, can
aspire to the diminution of poverty, better education, and sustainable
development for the country.

Your entry is contradictory, sexual discrimination does not involve colour or disability, as you state.
Please check.
